Order Details
Please submit your request at least 7 days in advance to guarantee availability.
We aim to respond within 48 hours. Once your order is approved, you will receive an invoice with pick-up or delivery details.
Invoices are valid for 24 hours, and orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after the 24-hour window.
Location & Delivery
Based in Rockville, MD, we proudly serve the DMV metro area. Delivery availability may vary by location.
Pick-up details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Rush Orders
Same-day or next-day orders are subject to a $25 rush fee. Rush orders must be arranged by texting us directly for availability.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery are non-refundable.
Cancellations outside this window will incur a 20% administrative fee.
Peak Season Orders
$10 late fee applies to orders placed passed pre-order deadlines.
Order early to avoid late fees and secure your custom floral creation!
Additional Terms & Liability
Customizations: Bouquets may vary slightly from reference photos. Substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value if needed.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm all orders. Amor Blooms is not responsible for delays or issues caused by late payments.
Liability Disclaimer: Amor Blooms is not liable for delivery delays due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect address) or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must inspect and accept the bouquet upon delivery/pick-up. Once accepted, no refunds will be provided.
